Dead falling

I've been playing a lot of dead rising 2 lately and since I've decided to start blogging again, I thought, what better than that to start me off? So here it is. Dead Rising 2 is a sequel to Capcom's amazing zombie-action-sandbox bonanza, and what a sequel. You play as Chuck Greene, a brain dead (or at least acts like it) hard ass that wants nothing more than the safety of his daughter. However, she’s already been infected; enter the bad part of the game. Finding Zombrex for your daughter is damn near the worst thing I've had to do in a game for a while. You'll think you have plenty of time until WHAM! You’re stuck across the other side of fortune city with a ravenous crowd of zombies blocking your path back to your whiny-ass infected spawn and only 5 minutes to get there... This brings me onto the other annoying feature; the watch. To check the time and objectives you have to look at your watch. To look at your watch you have to stand defenceless and still, staring at your wrist and concentrating with all chuck's mite. Needless to say, these two things get old.. fast.
However! There are many redeeming features of the game; too many to go through in fact, so I'll just list a few. Wearing random dresses, the shear amount of weapons, creating new weapons via the magic of gaffer tape, kill bill called and they want their overly audacious amount of blood back, severing limbs, Tricycle Bicycle Slicycle, the TIR side game is extremely fun and rewarding and finally, slapping psychopaths with 'massagers'.
This is turning into a wall of text, point is, DR 2 is an extraordinary sequel and deserves a 9/10. It's creative, funny, gory, action-packed, full of customization and has a totally unique feel to the gameplay. Playing with friends just adds to it all.
